Start ‘em Young Sez Me

It tickled me when granddaughter Amber wanted to play the bari sax. I ended up buying her a ruby red recorder. But not before taking some pictures. She is seven now and we wait in anticipation of what instrument she might pick for band.

  1. Great picture Jim! I was working on a post about playing bari sax and was going to maybe include it. Curious if she was going to pick up saxophone at some point for real.

    How’s music at Microsoft?

She’s seven now and not sure what she wants to do. Currently we are working on piano. Feel free to use the picture if you are so inclined with a pointer to this blog.

Practice last night for the Ballard Locks gig. Three singers this time. Life is good.
